Management
Mark brings extensive experience in general management, sales and finance, having occupied management positions in both the private and public marine sectors. Mark previously served as R&D Manager with the Irish Marine Institute (Government Body) he was responsible for all Marine Technology as well as being the Irish delegate to EuroGOOS (Global Ocean Observing System) and coordinating several international Metocean projects. Prior to the Irish Marine Institute, Mark worked as Technical Manager in Marine Farming, followed by a period as Technical Manager and Sales Manager in Sea Food Sales.
Aidan joined Nowcasting International in 2000 and has focused his attentions on growing market share in the Oil and Gas sector.Aidan qualified as a Radio Officer in 1992 and worked for 14 months in the Dutch Merchant Navy. Prior to joining Nowcasting, Aidan worked as Business Development Manager for Crouzet Ltd, the Industrial Division of Thompson CSF, preceded by a period as Telesales Manager for Northern Europe with SND Electronics.
Before joining Nowcasting International, Duncan worked for both Bacardi Martini and Quintiles in Business Development and Account Management roles. Duncan has managed many high profile accounts across the UK and has played a pivotal part in tendering and bid processes within the drinks and recruitment industries. Duncan holds an honours degree in business and is fully CIPD qualified.
Jonathan brings to Nowcasting International over 10 years of high-level Sales, Consultancy & Management experience in the IT, Software & Telecommunications Industries. He served with Verzion Business (formerly MCI WorldCom) & BT Ireland for over 7 years, helping organisations from SME up to large multinational corporate level achieve more from their technology by conceptualising and executing tailored and targeted solutions. Jonathan holds an honours degree in Commerce, and benefits from 10 years of continuous training and development.

Prior to joining Nowcasting International, Ouafa served for 7 years as Corporate Communications Officer with car manufacturer Renault in Paris. During her time in Renault, She coordinated many International Projects and Events and worked for one year as Project Manager in the company's Argentinian branch. Prior to Renault, Ouafa worked for RCI Banque and GMF Insurance company also in Paris. Ouafa holds a degree in International Relations with a speciality in International Economy
